我家里人肝不好，听闻澳洲的护肝灵效果不错，英文大概是叫liver toic or liver detox,那天去chemist看了，有几种不同的牌子，剂量有轻有重，不太记得了，只记得一个牌子叫SWISS，不知道效果如何？有没有人吃过呢？怎么判定是吃剂量轻还是重的呢？
