位置：
绝对的东南富人区Burnside, Tusmore，公车第10站。周边环境好，空气清新，居住指数为10。

HOUSE：

双层砖结构五房大HOUSE，冬暖夏凉，隔音好。内有一厅两卫，我们是分男女卫浴的，所以使用起来很方便不冲突。一个大餐厅和厨房是分开的，所以吃饭和做饭的不会冲突。房子前院很大，可以停3-4辆车不拥挤。后院草坪旁边有一小块地是自由耕种区，大家要是想种个菜什么的很方便。还有桌椅和BBQ烤炉，方便大家随时吃个烧烤，小聚一下啦~~家中家电，冰箱，微波炉，热水壶，洗衣机，锅碗瓢盆等齐全，拎包即可入住。网络是ADAM ADSL2+。室友都是阿大和南澳的学生，大家都很整洁和安静，非常容易相处。

交通：

门口820公车15分钟直达city，580公车15分钟到showground考场，考试时对于阿大和南澳学生很方便。走大概3-5分钟，公车140,144,147到CITY15分钟，经过阿大和UNISA正门，非常方便学生上课。100/300 circle line其实就是99C的大一号，方便到各个shoppingcenter而不用到CITY转车。

周边设施：

走路5分钟可以到BURNSIDE图书馆，办个会员卡就可以借书和上网，不喜欢去学校的可以在那边自习，环境很好。这个图书馆对于学生来说真的是超级有帮助，最近考试复习很多时候都呆在这个图书馆（去学校图书馆浪费时间，而且去晚了老是找不到位置）。

走路5分钟可以到TUSMOREPARK或Hazelwoodpark，平时去锻炼一下身体，周末去吃个BBQ，都很好。

走路10分钟到BURNSIDEVILLAGE大型购物广场（11月刚建成），买东西超方便，coles超市和RUNDLE MALL的牌子店基本都能在这里找到。路口各大银行应有尽有，存取款方便。还有一个很大的邮局，方便寄信和邮寄包裹。附近有两个中餐馆（帝苑酒家，还有一个忘记叫什么了）和好多西餐馆，PIZZA店，咖啡店。

房间出租：

有三间单人房会陆续出租，房间家具齐全，拎包入住。日期分别是12月7日，1月初和1月13日。欢迎长租~~
