楼下公共区域面积非常大，所有电器包括冰箱，洗衣机，电视都是全新的，用起来干净舒适。沙发和餐桌椅也都是全新的。后院也非常大，可随意晾晒衣物，以BBQ，可乘凉，配有乘凉椅。
无限量网络，ADSL2+。
出门步行一分钟既是281车站，bus stop 30，最多等待15分钟一班车。另外还有几趟公车需多走两分钟即可到达。如果你有车的话，门前有很多车位，方便且安全，开车15分钟稳到city。
房子附近有各种快餐店（24小时麦当劳，肯德基，hungry jacks, domino pizza, subway), 超市（woolworth), news agency, post office, cheap as chips, 家具工具店（bunnings, fantastic), 加油站，警察局，均在离家一公里左右的地方。在保证了生活方便的同时，还无须担心安全问题。另外，房子离北边大行的购物中心 tea tree plaza只有10分钟车程。
房子不挨大路，不临街，环境优雅，安静怡人。
邻居十分友善，经常互帮互助，均为local和少数中国人。
房东有额外一套还蛮新的厨房煮具，如果你没有煮锅，电饭煲，各种碗碟的话，房东均可以提供给你用。
房租：115/wk + share bill （水，电，网，煤气）因为房子新，家具全新，周围环境便利，价钱实在低不了太多，希望理解。
