garden city single room 105/w

single room in garden city is just 105/w

there are 3 rooms in house. 1room is used by korean girl, 1 is for u and

1room is used for just study room so actually u can use 2rooms.

there are desk, chair, fan. ist's good for study and exercise place.

In your room, there are desk chair, fan, wardrobe, bed, etc.

korean girl uses her room for just sleeping and usually not be at home

so u can use kitchen and all drawer, refrigerator only u.

the house owner is chinese and thet come 1time in 2 weeks to recieve money.

it's so comfortable living without master^^

shopping center and bus station is just 5 min by walk

there are so many buses in 1~2min

u don't have to wait long time in bus station.
