在澳洲出生的孩子，其国籍均依据亲生父母的国籍，你们是中国公民，你们可以选择该孩子跟你们一样成为中国公民并持有澳洲PR身份。关于要回中国办理户口的话，你可以直接到本律师事务所，本律师可以帮你办理有关事宜，包括：-
1. 将孩子的出生证明请NAATI三级翻译员翻译为中文并认证
2. 本律师作为国际公证律师证明本出生证的副本与原件相符
3. 送到澳洲外交部认证
4. 送到堪培拉中国大使馆公证
完成上述手续后便可持此公证件、孩子父母的户口本及身份证明文件回中国办理孩子入户手续。

3.        本律师还会提供法律的意见。因为中国每个省市和自治区都有不同的行政指令。比如广东省广州市现在规定，任何在澳洲持有永居的夫妻，将孩子在广州申请入籍的话，其父母的户籍会自动取消，因为广州市政府认为，任何人士持有澳洲永居已牵涉双重国籍的问题，因此广州的户籍及身份证都可能会被取消。
本律师的费用不包括以下内容：-
1.        将孩子澳洲出生证翻译为中文，需要NAATI三级翻译员翻译及盖章
2.        澳洲外交部的认证费用，送去及取回的快递费用
3.        中国大使馆的公证费用、送去及取回的快递费用
因孩子问题对于夫妻是最重要的，因此本律师处理该类案件时是十分谨慎的。近期本律师发觉有人用怀疑伪造文件要求本律师见证。因此本律师现在不提供纯粹签名见证的服务。本所在短期内在广州开设办事处，依据中国公证法例，国际公证律师必须确认文件的真实性。
