我家的车在停车场被一个老外的车撞了，是对方全责，
但是我们家的车没保全险
只保了第三方和偷盗
如果对方拖延不与她的保险公司联系，协助我们修车，我们又什么办法么

我们联系了，但是我们的保险公司说由于我们没有保全险，只保了第三方和偷盗，所以他们不管这事儿！！！要是保险公司管这事儿我们也就不这么闹心了

建议LZ找一家这样的修车厂，除了修车，再请他们把车的一些小毛病给看看，最后做个保养，费用都加到赔偿里了，因为一般这种活儿，修车厂都赚得挺多的，不在乎帮你修修别的毛病。这样做的目的，不为别的，就是得好好整治一下那些耍无赖的，让他们以后罩子放亮一点儿，别再欺负我们华人老实！

然后你去联系修车厂，把车子开过去，让他们拍照，确定修车时间。
这样就OK了。
