地址A 就是房子的所在地。在一个unit 里面，共2个房间，一个大房间里面住了一couple，2个都是安静，爱学习的学生，男的unisa的，学marketing的，女的flinders的，学护士的。所以找安静的房客。出租的是1个小房间（单人间）。



unlimited ADSL 2+ 无限流量网络，速度快，下东西，看视频都没有问题，也比较稳定。


房东是中国人，很好的中年两口子，很随意，不是那种小气的人，经常还忘记来收房租，我们还反过来给他们打电话叫他们来收钱。


家附近有肯德基，hungry jack，subway，还有一个卖午餐的铺子，一个卖咖啡的铺子，有卖酒的铺子，一个office work，Ashford Hospital，一个汽车用品的店，买菜去china town和anzac highway上的coles都可以，那里还有一个Kmart。


停车位，每个unit一个停车位，另一个房客有辆车，如果你也有车的话，可以商量着换着停在里面，其他时候停在街上，这条街上挺安全的，从来没出过事，24小时停车不要钱。


房间是从10月15日出租，如果你想提前搬进来，可以提前2,3天。和房东签的合同是到1月底。但是如果你愿意，可以住到3月，因为住在那里的couple要继续至少住到3月，到时候，你想搬走还是续住，就看你自己了。合同是我和那对couple一起签的。

这是去city的公交路线图。167,167c,168。我自己算过，从家外面的站到站B2只需要7-8分钟。从家走到公交站需要1，2分钟。
