如题，西边Henley Beach Rd 4站一个很大house. 还剩2个大房间出租，全家具，出租的一个房间11月12日可以入住，这个带独立厨房，Queen size的床,三开门大衣柜，单独一个冰箱，书桌，垃圾桶等等。一个房间11月16日可以入住。配备的是两门实木大衣柜，两个Single size的床，书桌，垃圾桶，洗衣篮等等。整个房子都很干净，住户都是学生，也都是很爱干净和安静的人。这里的住户都住的很开心。

网络是Adam 1000G(500+500)的超大网络！用的是Netgear N600 Wireless Dual Band 1GHz/s 的Modem Router (300刀的Modem,是目前澳洲能买到最好的Modem了，一般企业用的）支持2.4G和5G无线网络，本人追求品质，用的都是最高档的装备，保证大家网络的畅通，顺畅和充足，这也是Adam流量最多的网了，绝对够用，目前还没有一个月用完过，Adam ADSL2+ 的网我就不说了，大家都知道，速度快又稳定，4个人同时下载东西速度都是700-900K/S。玩各种网游，正版的CS，韩国，香港，美国等这些地方的服务器都不卡。看电影也是，同时几个人看电影都不卡，点开缓冲几秒就可以了，中途也都不卡。

地理位置优越，去city和shopping center都很便利。房子右边5分钟步行至bus stop, Henley Beach road第4站(H20,H22,H30,H31,H32,N30 六趟车经过这个车站）,房子左边步行5分钟至bus stop, South road第5站（B10，B12两趟车经过这个车站），离CITY我就不说了，大家一看地图就知道，基本就是在City外面，很近,坐Bus 5分钟就到City了。房子同时也在Henley Beach Rd旁边，这条路我也不用介绍了，应该也挺出名的，整条街基本就是吃饭和购物的商店，华人超市、商店和餐馆也很多，所以生活起来很方便，舒适。

房间都特别大，基本可以在房间里跳舞（房子大空间大，住着不压抑）。后院也很大，房子是石头房子，大家都知道这种房子夏天很凉快不热，房子有2个厨房，2个浴室，3个厕所，这样的话大家住进来就不会去抢着用厕所，浴室和厨房了，因为这些全都是两个，整个房子有3个大冰箱，绝对够用。大厨房还带了个大餐厅，属于公共区域，大家可以在这里吃饭，会朋友等等。房子的储藏空间非常的充足，到目前为止还没用完，绝对够用。后院还有个大的贮藏房，有多少都能放。

租金：单人$150/周 全包（注：如有Couple想住，价格再谈）
