位于City的Regency Apartment两房间出租，一单人间和一双人间，两房间有独立的卫生间使用。据google map显示，距离市中心仅800米得距离，周围环境安静方便，对面就是24小时便利店和加油站，还有SUBWAY和咖啡以及Happy Wash洗车处。旁边是一个新的Police，所以安全问题绝对放心啦。往东步行300米左右，有CIBO咖啡，POST，IGA超市，有快餐店和中餐店，BANKSA和ANZ等几个大型银行也在旁边，所以无论做什么都很方便，附近还有一个很大的公园，周末可以散步或者去打球，都是不错的选择。整个Apartment里面住的基本都是学生和白领，晚上都很安静，而且要有专门的电子卡才可出入这个Apartment，所以绝对可以放心入住。


单人间里面有一张单人床和衣橱，一个床头柜和一张大书桌和一老板椅；双人间里有一张双人床，一个超大衣橱，一个储物柜和书桌椅，另外有一个单独的阳台，可以单人住，也可以给couple住。 此外，还有一个独立的厕所间，一个浴室，浴室里有淋浴以及坐浴，洗漱台。 洗衣间除了有全自动洗衣机，还有一个烘干机，都可正常使用。有500G网络，网速很快，可随意使用。

单人房价格是：170/每周+share bill（只share网费和电费）
双人房价格是：如果单人入住是190/每周+share bill（网费和电费）；如果couple入住是210/每周+share bill（网费和电费）。
因为这个Apartment是位于City，而且周围环境设施都很不错，在realestate上面一个同样的两房要出租420/每周，所以这个价格希望不要再小刀了。
