Not really. It dêpnds the car condition and why the owner what the reasons wanna it to sell. Some people may already had too many cars themselves or no place to park them at home or don't want to keep paying the rego when doesn't require the car anymore. But of couse.any second cars will all hv somekinds of problem. Just depends how u use car |
