问一个买房的问题。 在签约好正式的购房合同之后（过了冷静期，或者是在拍卖的时候签约），买家又喜欢上了别的房子，想反悔，该怎么办，按照您处理过的情况，一般买家会赔偿多少。以及会带来什么后果。
反之，要是卖家想反悔，他会赔偿买家多少。
