大家take整套房子的水费会超吗？

我很纳闷 我们白天都上课，就晚上回来洗澡睡觉，偶尔做个饭。。。住的人也不算太多。。。五个房间五个人。。。

这里的租房合同一般都会写前每年136KL水是免费的，后面就要自己掏钱了。。。

就想问问大家有take整套房子的水费一般会超吗？ 超多少？ 特别是住4、5、6个人的房子。。。

还有 就算我需要交超出的水费，那水费单里    还有两项是supply charge和 Access charge...也要我交吗？ 还是房东交？
