寻找离CITY 20分钟车程以内,交通方便的房子(COUPLE)

我们打算5月底或6月初入住,本人将在CITY上学,希望能找到交通便利的房子,最好有2-3辆车能达到CITY,20分钟以内车程就最好了.我们都是爱干净和安静的COUPLE,好相处的80后,希望好心的朋友能提供房源信息!谢谢!

My house is in North Plympton, about 7 km from the city. From Bus stop 6, you can take 167 to Adelaide Uni, UniSA (abt 15mins) and many schools and colleges. Woolworths and Coles supermarkets are close by too.

The house, a 4 bedroom town house, is brand new as are all furnishings and beddings in the room. I have a high-speed wireless internet broadband which you can access.  Rent is $700/month without food, $900/month with meals.

Probably the best advantage I offer is a clean, relaxed environment that is conducive to study; help with course work and English is always on hand.

你好，现有一房间，位于西北方向，公车到city二十分钟，公车最多15分钟一班，早上十分钟一班。交通方便。位于大型购物中心附近，有各种大型超市，家门口就有中国超市，购物非常方便。有兴趣的话可以加qq69787734详谈。谢谢
