<<并非如此， 而是要保持在所需金额以上；不过话说回来了， 如您要求中国的银行出具存款证明的话，银行会要求您存款不能动， 但移民部没有这要求

还是可以就办个BANK STATEMENT 然后把钱取出来用掉也行？谢谢。。
