设施：无线宽带: ADSL2+  250G无线上网 ，中央空调，解密卫星电视（5颗星 2-300个频道），全新KAWAI专业钢琴（适合在国内学过钢琴但在Adelaide想练琴苦于无琴的学生），烤箱，洗衣机，冰柜，冰箱，微波炉等设施一应俱全。

环境：附近有几个shopping centre，步行至最近的银行/邮局只需6分钟 超市有Woolworths / Coles / foodland / IGA / Target 等等。

租金： 120+60/pw 包all bills 和三餐  包餐的目的是希望每天大家能像一家人一样在一起吃饭 （一天8.5刀的伙食 我想即使中午在chinatown吃一碗面条也差不多这个价钱了吧？所以 嫌贵的童鞋请绕行，我们扪心自问，没多挣一分钱，因为我们三餐8刀而且还包水果呢）。 饭菜种类:中餐北方菜居多 /馄饨 蒸饺 煮饺 馅饼 葱花饼 包子 馒头 花卷 每周都有一两样还经常有烧烤 火锅聚会.......详情请参看以下链接：
