房子位于南面Anzac highwAnzac highway 和 south road 的交叉点上ay 第五站， 交通便利， 公交车汇聚地，离公交车站近。 旁边就是shopping centre, 有kmart 和 coles，不远处是hungry jack 和 KFC, 附近还有一个家具中心（不过这房子里什么东西都有，可以看图片）

家具全包， 每个房间都有写字台，椅子和橱柜， 厨房设施齐全（具体看图片）


超大后花园，还有一个shed， 一个室内车库。

特别注明：房间的照片比较少，因为懒得去拍新的了，都是用的现成的照片，房间很大还有一组很大的壁橱，吊顶的电风扇，没有空调，但是房子是砖房所以不热。 还有后院全是果树，最近很多水果都成熟了。。。
