自我介绍下先：男，28岁，上海人，基督徒，人品好，重诚信，比较安静，喜欢整洁，不吸烟喝酒，无不良嗜好。在上海时候的工作是建设工程项目的管理人员。

我想借单人间，要求如下：
1、同住的朋友有1到2人，（如果有2个卫生间的话，和3个人同住也可考虑）。
2、房子装修得好坏问题不大。但房子离开市中心别太远，离开车站也别太远。距离超市近一点方便我买东西。
3、房间内最好有空调，因为据说阿德的夏天很热，我很怕热的。
4、最好有多余的停车位，因为我住一段时间后很可能会买车。
5、有网络，否则我不知道怎么找工作，呵呵。
6、我朋友告诉我东区和南区比较安全、所以我倾向于租这两个方向的房间。
7、我可以承受的最高租金在120元每周，当然能便宜更好。
