      南区12站Clarence Park，环境不错，治安非常好，周围住的主要是local，很安静的一个区。 走路15分钟能到GoodWood那的Woolworth和Big W, 家附近还有一个加油站，周围公共设施齐全。
      房子条件比较一般，有前后院，家具基本齐全，有中央空调，有车位。住满一共五人，目前大房间有一对低调couple，另外还有容易相处的阿大男生女生各一位。

      现出租一个小房间，房间不大，目测10来平方，家具齐全，单人床。

      网络是TPG的 ADSL2+ 130gb的套餐，差不多够用，但下载党还是要手下留情。

      希望新室友干净整洁，容易相处。

      欢迎各位前来看房，男女不限。

      ps:本房室内禁烟，也不能养宠物。
