5、房东人特别好，也是外国人，刚来的时候可以车接，可以带你去商店。
6、附近coles 走路 不到10分钟， 附近一个打折菜市场，很便宜，我一般周末去，走路20分钟，也可以乘车去，2站。附近Mcdanlond 距离家1站，走路不到10分钟； 本地最牛烤鸡店，chicken chef ，走路比Madanlond 近。
7、附近环境很好，有运动场和花园，很安静，适合学习；运动场每两周有社区橄榄球比赛，可以免费观看，很多老外对这个都很passion,顺便可以练练口语。


房租： 120 刀每周， 网费、水电、煤气费全包
