房子在TRUMRA ROAD，靠海，在客厅可以直接看到蓝蓝的大海，欣赏日出日落，风景绝佳。也许你会觉得房子远，但是走到火车站仅需5-8分钟，开到CITY也就25分钟，而且火车没有堵车现象，并且运营到晚上12点多，所以交通并不是大问题。再来说说房子的情况，这个房子目前一共住着两个人，房东（女）另加一个在UNISA念书的女生，有中央空调，网络25G, 家里很干净，看图片就知道了，家具家电都很齐全，全都可以用，卫生间是房东用一个，你和那个女生合用一个，在这里要强调的是马桶非常非常干净，一尘不染，那个女孩用的时候十分注意，所以在此希望招一个也同样爱干净的女孩子，男生和COUPLE就不考虑了，有抽烟习惯的女生或者带宠物者我们也只能谢绝，价格是每周120全包，欢迎看房，随时可入住，另外图中房间便是要出租的房间，但是被子枕头以及床单是需要你自己提供的，其他厨房用品，锅碗瓢盆房东都有(但要强调的一点是，由于没有抽油烟机，所以无法在厨房炒菜或者做油炸食品，但炖和煮都没有问题，因为之前忘了这点了，所以要对已经看过房子的朋友说声抱歉）。
