房子在北边的Prospect， NORTH ADELAIDE AQUOTIC CENTER 旁边，还有游泳中心仅隔条马路，去大学，TEFE5分钟，非常方便。
房子明亮，整洁。新装修不久。
步行2分钟到巴士车站，有235、237，238，239和G10，第8A站下车，同时有小火车5分钟到 City。 FOODLAND, COLES, WOOLWORTH都很近，自己走路过去就可以。G10可以直接到达Adelaide Showground方便考试。
房子一共有4个房间，现在有两间房间出租，其中2间是couple房，家具齐全，双人床，分体空调，可以自己控制。另外客厅里是50寸的LCD电视。
像这样的条件已经不多。不要误失良机！
