西南方向，marleston区，bus3a站，10分钟到市中心，骑自行车也行要20分钟，免费提供自行车，3bedroom house中的一个小房间出租，11月初开始，家具电器齐全，房租$110/周全包（包括水电煤气电话宽带adsl2+150g），11月1号左右可以入住，想找一个移民，当然学生也可以，年龄别太小就ok，主要是这里年龄结构偏大，平均年龄30了。。。别弄出个代沟啥的。
