（3bedroom，主卧室kingside带独立的卫生间，另一个卧室是双人床，最小的卧室也是上下铺的床）如果按照床位来说最少也能住5个人。 当时签约的有3个人（我，我妹妹和一个同学）而且合同上写着只有签字的人才能入住。

现在妹妹已经搬走了，我又将其中的一个大的房价租给了另外的一对同学（男女朋友）。然后我让他们提交中介的申请表，当送到中介的时候。中介说：当时签的合同是3个人，这个房子只能住3个人，一个人都不能多，所以他们不能不入住。

请问：我是主要申请人，如果我要是把这个房子出租给多个人？ 房中介是否可以扣除押金，或是提出赔偿 ？

我要如何才能保证最小的损失呢 ？

一般合同上会写的很清楚的

就像我家房子的合同上边，房东另外多加了10条，其中一条就是 there are only 4 people live in the house, no more than 4 people. if more than 4 peole, tentants will ask to move out without any notice.

我家室友经常带女朋友到我家过夜，以前也提醒过室友，但是呢，好像没用
上周6房东夫妻俩一起来收的房租，顺便看看我家厨房的风扇到底怎么修，所以我就让二老进来了，结果，我家房东老太就老不开心了。。。。
给我两个个选择，要么从下周开始每周多交房租，要么就全都搬走
后来老太临走之前又对我说，请室友搬走，她就不计较那么多了

建议你不要为了室友的方便，导致最后被房东赶
