房间里应该有2个单人床,2个衣柜和2个写字台.,如有车位那更好，我们有个小破车。。

,我们2人无不良嗜好, 基本都是在安静的学习, 喜欢做饭, ,,遵守规矩。

还有就是希望能费用全包,因为我们两人很懒,,,,~ 而且我们很节约的.这点请放心.

另外,房子的位置最好在东西北, 15站以内, 不超过18站.

价格问题我觉得租个双人房,全包,15站左右,大概140左右吧,

因为我们现在租的房子就是这个价格,    不过,  如果您认为您的房子比较好,  到时看了房价格可以小议.

至于租期,  我们现在的情况是这样的,  9月21号到12月15号 需要租到房间, 但是我们在12月15号-2月22号回国,



现在的问题就是能否有这样的房子

(1.我们可以签长期合同,到明年6月,但是有个条件就是希望能在12月15号-2月22号我们回国期间不算房租,当然,这段时间房东可以自由出租我们的房间,然后等到2月22号我们回来了可以继续住.)

(2.如果没有那种房子,我们想找个短期合同的, 9月21号到12月15号, 刚好3个月.)
