回国后的发展，要的是关系，票子，能力，你的野心和性格。要是想过一般的日子，吃吃喝喝，买房买车，也是比较容易实现的。不管怎么样，父母永远会帮你，是你最坚强的后盾。

回不回是个很大的话题，但其实也很简单，就是认识自己，认清自己。不回的原因，无非是澳洲赚的票子多，其次是享受澳洲与世无争的生活和碧海蓝天;想回国无非是想家，想父母，想要一份career，not job. 国内的海归这几年是很多的，也不是很值钱，优势无非就是在学历，英语，海外工作经验和pr上。

有很多人说拿了澳洲的Pr有个退路，以后混的不好了，再回澳洲，我不是很赞同这个看法的，人生本来就是应该有所规划，跑回去，回流回澳，都是比较浪费时间的。你自己在一开始就应该有所选择。不能拿最宝贵的青春的那几年开玩笑。

很多在澳的小硕小本，计划着在澳洲混几年工作经验再回去应聘或者被本地公司外派回国工作。我身边这样的有几年工作经验的普通商科，计算机专业的海归多了，年龄在24-30之间，按3年以上工作经验来说，刚回国，没国内的工作经验，在上海起薪能到8k/m就是比较好的了，普遍4-6k/m的起薪，北京好像还要低点（和他们原来在美英加澳的收入真是不能比），很郁闷的是，国内211毕业的优秀小硕小本，起薪都在5k-13k间，30岁不到的土鳖混到25k-30k+/m的多的是了，你以前在国内的同学很有可能是你的顶头上司。别以为几年海外工作经验很牛逼，一个国内二流小本毕业的HRmm就能直接把你‘放倒’。你在面试时面对她的提问可能都不知道如何去回答。澳洲念会计的有工作经验的小硕在国内会连报税都不会，平时用的是myob，国内的大公司都是用的sap和oracle，复杂和专业程度完全不是一个级别。从英文这方面来说，优势更小了，很多朋友认为自己是海归，英文自然比土鳖好，我应聘一家hedgefund的时候，给了我1张英文考卷，1个半小时的作答时间。隔壁的一个土鳖的manager（后来知道是国内的金融专业小硕的背景）和美国总部也通话了1个多小时，那个语音，语调，流利度和词汇量真的让做过雅思老师的我无地自容，用我们江主席的话来说，那就是谈笑风生。所以我认为在澳洲的小本小硕抱着那种混几年小公司工作经验+pr回国能找到好工作的想法是比较危险的。

当然国内国外的取舍，有很多因素，工作和前途仅是比较重要的一个而已，我鼓励回国但不鼓励盲目的回国。朋友们也可以和我探讨探讨啊。我没有任何的恶意，只是想提醒在读或者面临选择的学弟学妹们，三思再三思。
