个人的话，10月底以前要做。现在做还稍微早了点。很多数据tax portal上还体现不出来。8月以后应该你的各项数据都上交ATO了。到时候你就随便去个news agency拿份tax pack 2009按照里面的填就是了。
然后用etax看下ATO还有你其他什么数据，例如interest啊这些。把这些都填上，然后签名就可以寄回去了。14天内会给你refund的。

tax withheld其实没办法A你。因为这个东西ATO一眼就能看出来有没有交错。你可以对照tax withholding table比较。低于6000的话，其实你再签一份TFN declaration,在item 9，tax threshold那个地方填yes.以后每次pay就不会从你的gross salary里面扣tax withholding了。
关键是被A的地方是每个星期收入低于super的最低标准，你老板可以就不用pay super。
个人建议。不管收入多少。都去claim tax free shreshold. 因为早一步拿到这钱可以存银行争点interest,被ATO拿着，ATO又不负利息给你。
