今天她扫描给我，我看了，觉得很奇怪

条款很少，但全部都是房客的责任：保持安静，不能下载，不能视频，不能有访客，保持干净，打扫卫生；

里面没有涉及一点房东的责任，二房东说他们自己不会有访客，不会下载，不会。。。。，但是这些没有在合同中写出来。

里面还有一个打扫卫生的条款，小女孩以为是大家一起打扫，我看了之后才发现，是房客负责打扫share room；

另外是宽带，房客是10GB/月，宽带费用20AUD, 电话月租10AUD，不知道是否合理；

请大家帮忙看看，合同有没有修改的必要； 如果真的以后有问题，怎样交涉比较好呢.

二房东一对情侣； 租客两个人，一共四个人住；

2个租客一个要支付40AUD宽带+20AUD的电话每个月，流量是20GB

顺便说一句...网费和电话费很好很黑暗...要我我就直接走人不住了...呵呵...internode超了流量10G才15块...T.T...不超的话每10G的费用绝对不会超过15刀....电话月租...不知道他是不是telstra...20刀一个月的那个...就算不是也就30刀一个月...T.T...你们自己想吧...呵呵...
