Unit位于goodwood区.bus stop 5,就在adelaide show ground旁边.

交通非常方便,楼下门口就有出门就有296和297.全都到city并且途径chinatown. 走5分钟到goodwood路上可以坐
210,212,212U,213,214,215,N215,216,218等等...基本不用看时刻表.离tram第三站也很近.非常适合Uni.SA和Uni.Adelaide的学生,阿大考场就步行5分钟距离.

附近有foodland,7天营业,开到晚上9点,每周日showground有集市买菜卖水果.

两室一厅的unit中现出租一间单人房,房间里有单人床,写字台,紫色墙面,很大的嵌入式衣柜和穿衣镜.房间不大,但很舒适.厅里有空调,厨房里厨具一应俱全,客厅干净整洁明亮.

房租为$120包电煤,网络share. 4月27日能拎包入住. 能长住半年的优先,希望能找个爱干净,不吵闹的室友share

大家都以和睦相处为本,现在房里住的一对couple都是很好相处的人.
