Rent: $80/week (excluding utilities bills)
Phone, electricity and internet (ADSL2+) shared among tenants (4 tenants)

Location: Norwood Bus stop 9 (Bus 122-125 route)
Shops nearby: 2 mins walk away from lots of restaurants, Coles, Foodland, Cinema, Clinic, Pharmacy, Fashion outlets..etc..the house is just off Parade..very convinient.

Whats in the room?  A wardrobe and a double bed FRAME (no mattress..the previous tenant took it~) we can remove the bed frame..if u have ur own mattress..or you can get urself a double bed mattress..? ^^ which ever u like..

current tenants: me (working female) , 2 male tenants (one working..one studying)

Preferred: Female .......and non selfish or calculative (thanks ^^)



Alternatively, if ur looking for a room which has "a study desk, a wardrobe, a cupboard, a preety lamp, a balcony and a single bed mattress" (furnished compared to the other room) please contact me for an inspection too..this room is AVAILABLE NOW..~~ ($80/Week too) ^^
