1.地点：最好靠近MARION SHOPPING CENTRE 或南部 Suburb，　ＣＩＴＹ　ＣＢＤ　价格合适的话也可接受，但要带车库

2. 房子设备：　本人喜欢干净整洁，现代装修，房子和家具最好新一点，宽带，可不提供电视我自己有，本人不喜拥挤，希望房间大一点，　能有１５Ｍ２左右为佳，　ＱＵＥＥＮ　ＳＩＺＥ　ＢＥＤ，　如果有单独bathroom最好．最好不是地毯的，是的话也能勉强接受；房子最好有空调，没有也能勉强接受

3. 本人性格随和，有良好教养，希望总房客数小于等于4人（包括我在内），希望房客通情达理易相处，学生或工作人士不限，男女不限．谢绝和couple 或家庭share （No offence).
