地点：39 Grenfell Street, 位于市中心的Princes Apartment (王子大厦)，与Rundle Mall紧邻一条街，附近有银行，图书馆，健身中心，对面有多家餐馆，走路去Chinatown 5分钟，去Adelaide Uni. 3分钟，大厦管理系统良好，进出门需刷卡，十分安全。




房间情况：现出租的一间房间在大厦的Level 8，房间内有一张Queen Size
的大床，有一个书桌，有两个床头柜子，还有一个放衣服的柜子，自己拥有单独的Bathroom。房间内有吊扇，另外整个家里有中央空调，所有的家具都是新的，房间很宽敞，夏天也是最凉爽的一间。很适合学生居住。





房间价格：160 p/w，包水和气，与家里的另外两女生Share 电，电话，和网（40G）。要先交6周Bond(这是大厦的规定，有RECEIPT）。
(因为我是签了合约的，所以我建议最好是把合同改成你自己的名字，这样子比较不牵扯，省去了很多麻烦，住着也放心，呵呵）




住客要求：
1.爱干净，保护所有的设施
2.不吸烟，不养宠物
3.只招单身女生
4.不吵闹，容易相处
5.租期长的优先（最少到明年三月底），如果改了合同名字，那就没关系。
