10 minute bus trip to UQ, Toowong Village or Indooroopilly shopping centre, 15 minute bus to CBD! There are two bus stops two minutes walk from the house.
The room is in a shared house with two other people (student & young professional), who are both tidy and fairly quiet. The bathroom is only shared with one person. The common areas are nice and modern, with a large TV and couches, plenty of appliances in the kitchen, and you will also have undercover parking!
The room comes with a bed, a clothes rack and a bedside table.
It will be available from 17th August. The bond required is $566.
Unlimited NBN internet is included, and the only other bill is electricity (around 80$ every three months per person).
There is also a super cute cat in the house.
