Roles and Responsibilities:

Aboutthe roles, your main responsibilities would include but not be limited to:

·        Present,promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing andprospective customers

·        Performcost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet theirneeds

·        Establish,develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

·        Reachout to customer leads through cold calling

·        Expeditethe resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

·        Achieveagreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

·        Coordinatesales effort with team members and other departments

·        Analysethe territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports

·        Supplymanagement with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitiveactivities, and potential for new products and services.

·        Keepabreast of best practices and promotional trends

·        Continuouslyimprove through feedback

Skills and experience

Tobe considered for this role you must:

• Be     available to work 2 -3 days per week between Monday and Friday 9:30am-6:30pm
  
• At     least one-year experience in sale representative role
  
• A     strong interest/background in Skin Care or Pharmacy would be favoured
  
• Advanced     computer skills particularly word, excel and outlook
  
• Excellent     communication and customer service skills both written and verbal
  
• Have     a calm demeaner and a friendly, bubbly personality and be able to work in     a small team
  
• Good     time management skills, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  
• Have     excellent skills in multitasking, and prioritising tasks
  
• Be     able to work quickly and diligently in a super-fast paced environment
  
• Possess     a confident and professional telephone/face-to-face manner
  
• Have     excellent problem-solving skills
  
• Have     the ability to receive and apply feedback when given
  
• Be     self-motivated, demonstrate initiative and take responsibility for your     work
