Customer Service and Data Entry

Mercury Glass is an independent glass processing and wholesale business that specializes in processing a wide range of high quality glass products, including toughened, laminated and energy efficient glass to the commercial and residential building industry.

We are currently seeking suitable candidates for a new team member for Customer Service and Data Entry at our busy Acacia Ridge office.

Main Responsibilities include:

•             Accurately enter customers order information into our ERP system.

•             Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls as required

•              Provide customer support with order update and product information

•             Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying and faxing

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes; however, training will be given to those without experience.

•             Experience in customer service in a fast-paced detailed order entry area

•             Experience with interpreting customers written orders and drawings

•             Accurate data entry

•             Excellent phone and customer service skills

•             MS Word, Excel and computer skills

•             Excellent work ethic

•             Motivation and enthusiastic attitude

•             Highly organized, ability to prioritise and work to deadlines

•             Experience in the Glass Industry or other building materials would be advantageous but not essential.
