这段时间招租发现，爽快的人找房特别迅速，微信上聊几句，问一些想知道的信息。然后约好时间看房，看完就承诺第二天给确切回音。结果第二天都确定要租。三个房客都是这样迅速决断。
然后说说一些相反的案例。微信咨询，提出问题都是正常的，但是在微信里挑刺就没必要了。有女孩子说，你四个卧室只有一个卫生间，早上太拥挤了。如果你对这个问题很介意，确实不适合你，我也没法改变这个事实。如果你一开始就介意只有一个厕所，其实就没有必要再加微信，直接找两个卫生间的房子。还有人来谈价格，说我基本不在家，不做饭，能不能减房租。你说这个基本上我怎么来判断你？让你每天打卡？如果你把价格放第一位，那看广告的时候就尽量选择在你预算范围内的。租房子也是看缘分的，不过一条原则永远都在:好房子价格一定不便宜。问问自己你最看中哪一点？是地理位置，还是环境卫生，还是房间大小，还是价格高低。十全十美的房子是不存在的。
