海蟹不能反过来蒸的。肉会偏咸。反过来蒸的做法适合淡水蟹。帖主的做法一看就是焖的，不是蒸的。这是典型的南方海边渔民做法。如果是鲜活的时候放进去焖的，那味道就是极品。但要是反过来，味道就差多了。

我在TACKLE WORLD 的买的，讲价后260.
我个人不喜欢S家的竿子，shimano的轮子还不错。竿子我喜欢用D家的。
不能买重的，经常要手持大半天，重的伤手。如果上石头，就不能买短的，否则不好用。怎么也要3.6M左右的。
路亚就另当别论了。
至于贵贱的问题，你买几根垃圾竿玩，不如把那些银子直接入根好点的竿，既耐用，又舒心。其实也没多花多少。
