因为需要回国三个星期，9.9-9.30 把房间转租出去

每15分锺一班

附近有fish and chips, pizza hut, 步行10分钟不到有woolworths，邮局，sushi店等等有个小的shopping center
附近还有foodland和亚洲超市，直接往北走在henley beach road的地方有个shopping center （henley beach rd 和 Sir donald是平行的）

环境好，没有飞机噪音污染。
家具齐全，超大衣柜和双人床（对我来说的很重要的。。）房间很大很干净很漂亮，有25平米左右，超大落地窗，在床上就能晒到太阳。嫌亮的话有shutter，放下来即使大白天外面阳光耀眼，里面也能像黑夜一样黑。另外还有暖色调的窗帘（见图片，是我自己拍的）
前後花园，冰箱、洗衣机、烤箱、微波炉等等只要你想到的都有
室友都是学生，很好相处，房东心善也很负责，每周都会来打扫房间，有事情他能帮上忙的都会热心帮忙。
租金$130每周，或者$16/天  bill全包(水電煤網)) u8 e2 v5 P: D
