我的经验是：
移民局收到你的材料，登记了，才算，一般寄出后2-3天就是lodge date， 但是，移民局发邮件给你告诉你loadge日期是大概在一个星期后才告诉你他们上礼拜几号收到你的资料的，不会一收到就告诉你的
