lz如果自己是企業老闆 你會雇傭那些員工今天還在這個國家 過段時間可能就要離開這個國家的嗎? 哪個企業不希望員工長遠安穩的工作下去
lz如果真的講究 個人能力 的話 靠個人能力 留下來或者弄個5年期限的有效簽證
我相信很多正式的企業會impress
不然lz可以查查看EEO(Equal employment Opportunity )看看這樣 是不是對外地人的歧視 和是否妥當吧 對於員工的選用
