有人用過 kogan agora 手機嗎

想請問    有人  使用過  kogan agora 手機嗎?
這二天有在注意這款手機    還滿便宜的   

但是不太曉得這個手機使用起來如何?   
它可以切換成中文嗎?  (不能切換中文的話，我也不想買了)

手機拍照片的畫質如何?

我知道很多人跟本沒聽過這牌子，我也是第一次聽到，
所以有點怕怕的。但口袋又沒什麼錢，想買個便宜好用的就好了。
