457签证的限制 和 condition (8107)

拿到的签证上面有写 condition (8107)，大意是必须替 sponsor我的雇主打工，不准有其它工作。但是细节方面看了官方解释比较晦涩难懂，于是来问问：


我可以读个part time 的 TAFE么？专业与我现在的工作完全无关。


我可以买房收租吗？这样会产生一个租金income，与我的工作没有半毛钱关系。
