DESCRIPTION
Reuben F. Scarf is looking for an energetic digital enthusiast to join our team as a campaigns and content expert. Your role will be to develop and implement digital campaigns and communication strategies to generate engagement and conversion outcomes. You will be working closely with design and business teams. You must have experience in a broad range of social media, and digital advertising platforms and be willing to learn new technology. Most importantly you must have excellent communication skills and enthusiasm.

SUPERVISOR/MANAGER: Office Manager
MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
? Develop and apply social and digital media strategies to enhance communication with clients/customers.
? Planning, implementing, managing, and optimizing social and digital media advertising campaigns and providing recommendations on campaign strategies, tactics, and budgets.
? Monitoring, measuring, reporting, and adjusting campaigns based on platform-provided data (Neto, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
? Dress and photograph garments and outfits onto mannequins which are to be digitally finished for posting onto online store.
? Assist the e-commerce team to process orders and conduct customer services.
? Assist with the ongoing maintenance of the company's websites.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Qualifications
Degree or Diploma in Marketing and Digital Communications, or relevant
Experience
? At least 1-year experience in a similar marketing/industry roles.
? Experience working in e-commerce within a clothing or fashion retailer will be an advantage.
? Experience dealing with graphic designers, external agencies, and printing companies.
Skills
? Excellent verbal and written communication
? Great organisation and time management skills
? Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Lightroom
? Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel
? Thorough knowledge working with Opencart, Orderspace or similar management system (CMS).

? Previous customer service experience is ideal an advantage.
