工作指责包括：
长短租房屋管理：短租check in ／ check out, 长租带人看房、独立完成租约拟定、bond lodgement，办公室内文件处理，邮件管理，妥当安排小区内各项维修、维护事宜，需沟通Owner、Tenants、Trades people、Body Corporate、 清洁房间等。
周一至周五早9：00 到下午5：30。周末有时需要加班。
基本能力要求：
英语能力优秀，听说读写流利。责任心强，做事态度认真，为人诚实可靠，能在一定压力下合理解决问题
能有独挡一面的工作能力
持澳洲房产租赁牌照者优先
薪金待遇：$18/hour
