三星S4手机不开机怎么办

手机里的通讯录和照片怎么导出啊？现在屏幕莫名其妙会有花屏的现象。难道要把主板拆下来送去导出数据吗？哪位大神知道或者会处理的？我手机么有放内存卡所以不能恢复出厂设置来解决问题了。主要是平日里存的一些文件还有和家人拍的照片都还在里面呢！！！
