我昨天给ust的研究生院发了email（[email protected] ）要索取它的application material，今天收到它的一封auto reply。内容如下：
This is an automatic reply for acknowledging receipt of your Email.
The matter is now receiving due attention.

我知道信他们收到了，但不知它会不会按我的地址给我寄材料，还是要我到它提供的网站去下载。我听说有人已经拿到了ust的2002年的申请资料，清告知详细方法。谢了！！
