我现在阿德莱德上班，澳洲境内申请offshore移民，PR批准以后，我应该回中国那个城市贴签？？广州？上海？还是国内任何一个澳洲使馆都可以？是不是一定要回国才可以贴？还有贴签的时候要收费吗，快不快啊，一天够吗？
