今天突然收到RACQ保險信說我全錯要賠錢，有對方車牌號碼和名字，日期是12/8，

可是我記憶中沒涉及任何意外呀，信裡面也沒說是什麼意外，只說是我錯，要我的保險號碼，怎麼會這樣？？？還說是我責任要賠錢

有沒有人有這經驗呀？我該怎麼處理呀，明天問自己保險公司？我買的是RACQ第三險

打去問了，還說對方有報警和證人，我就奇了怪了，明明沒發生任何意外呀，有的話也被攔下來了
關鍵是12/8，太久了我都沒印象有發生什麼事
