我的基本情况是：
法律本科，到英国读硕士，工作两年，年收入8万
担保人为哥嫂，哥年收入9万，嫂年收入3。2万
担保金24万，其中9。5万为我的工资积蓄，哥嫂提供14。5万
第一次被拒（7月2日），当时我是上午最后一个，经过如下
当时面签情况如下：
我一过去VO立即用英语问了我两个问题，我没听清，然后他问我第三个问题，你听清楚了吗？我答：现在可以了
接着VO 就不理我了，叫翻译，翻译要求我用中文回答
翻：你刚才为什么不回答他的问题？
答：刚才旁边太吵了，而且我一上来没准备好
翻：那你为什么说听清了？
答：最后一个问题我听清了，所以说我现在听清了
翻：你有没有语言课？
答：没有，我收的是无条件OFFER
翻：学校有没有对你面签？
答：没有，但我打过电话给学校，学校那边说我的是无条件录取
翻：录取通知书不是写的很明白吗？
答：我想确认一下，以便申请学校宿舍
翻“谁支付你，干什么的？
答“我哥嫂，哥是副经理，嫂是COPUTER CONTROLLER
翻：在哪工作？
答：哥----公司，嫂在-----公司
翻：他们年薪多少？
答：12。2万
翻：他们用一年的收入支付你？
答“他们已经工作多年了，完全有这个能力支付我
翻：读完书干什么？
答：回国，继续在原来的单位工作
翻：为什么？
答：行长说会提升我
翻：12点半了，我们下班了，你下午1点半过来
我一点半过去后就被拒了，信中内容如下
I am not satisfied on the balance of probabilities that you meet the requirements of paragraph 57 in particular:
You are able and intend follow such a course
You are able to meet the costs of the course and maintain and accommodate yourself without recourse to employment or public funds
You intend to leave the UK at the end of your studies
Because
Whilst you have produced evidence that you achieved Toefl 567 in January2003 you were unable to understand basic English at the interview. You do not intend to study any English prior to your masters degree and I am not satisfied, on the balance of probabilities that your English is sufficient to enable you to follow your chosen course of study.
The cost of your tuition, maintenance and accommodation is to be born by your sponsor. Funding your education will impose an additional financial burden upon him/her and I am not satisfied that this increased financial outlay is commensurate with his current economic circumstances and that such funds will actually be available to you in the UK. Therefore I am not satisfied on the balance of probabilities that you are able to meet the cost of the course and maintain and accommodate yourself without recourse to employment or public funds |
