However ,you have not demonstrated that your husband is meeting the rental commitments for his accommodation at Troughton Road. The tenancy agreement has been valid for sixmonths,but his bank statements do not indicate that his proportion of the deposit was paid or that he makes quarterly rent payments. Furthermore,given that it is a shared property,i would expect to see written permission from the landlord and/or the other tenants to state that you are able to accommodate the property. With regards to your husband's finances,you have not accouted for the numerous deposits to his bank. In his supporting letter ,your husband stated that he is supported financially by his father in China. I acknowledge that his bank account is in credit by over 4000 but the deposits do not appear to be international transfers. Your husband has not indicated that he is employed but i am not satisfied that he is not taking unauthorised employment。 In the absence of evidence to the contrary,i consider that your husband is working in excess of the number of hours that he is permitted to work as student.
In light of this i am not satisfied that you can be adequately maintained and accommodated without recourse to public funds and your application is refused in accordance with paragraph 76(iii and iv)of the immigration Rules.
还有一点:他的VISA2008年10月31到期(离现在3个月),这是否也是拒签证的理由之一.但是他会去续签,还要读本科最后一年.
