I think you could mention both points, but you should be careful to make sure that the main focus of your essay is on cleaning up the pollution.

博主注：根据笔者批改不计其数的作文来看，审题偏颇确实是最常见，最严重的问题之一。
很多学生往往觉得自己写得不错，语法错误也不多怎么总在5.5-6分之间徘徊呢。
原因之一就是审题不仔细，背范文走火入魔，导致考试看到相关题型就自以为然的去把自己以前写过的相关作文背出来。这样没有灵活性的对待考题是导致task response不能完成的主要原因，而task response不能很好的完成则很可能会导致句型 、语义脱离focus 而致使考官误以为你的语言表述也有问题。
从心灵的角度上来讲，上来就写其实是不自信的表现。寥寥草草的去完成任务本身就是一种逃避。这种心理上的逃避必然会导致审题不全面。审题不全面就会导致厚此失彼，而如果运气不好的话，这个厚的此并非题目所要求你focus的地方。这样就算是靶子打偏了。
因此做好准备，临场calm 是非常重要的一件事。 |
